But I always knew I didn’t want to stay where I was.
I’m Pablo—dad, marathon runner, and SAP technical expert and project lead in the SAP world.
I graduated in Computer Engineering and earned a Master’s in Project Management. I started as a full-stack developer and, over time, specialized in critical roles like AI expert, SAP Basis, ABAP, cloud infrastructure, and leading global technical teams.
What truly defines me isn’t my job title. It’s my conviction: steady effort, the details that make the difference, and choosing to live Above Average as a way of life.
For years I worked behind the scenes on large programs—deadlines, complex problems, leading from the trenches. Fatherhood, training, and my own path pushed me to pursue something more: an intentional life, with both technical and human purpose.
I’m also an immigrant. I know what it’s like to start from zero—more than once. I’ve lived in several countries, rebuilt momentum, and kept moving forward.
Today I share what I learn about performance, technology, AI, longevity, productivity, faith, and fatherhood. Not because I have every answer, but because I know what it takes to get a little better every day, even when no one is watching.
